Free Appointment Reminder Service

Forgetting the time of your next appointment is frustrating for you and our dentists/hygienists, incurs charges and often makes it difficult to make another convenient appointment for you at short notice.

To help you remember your next appointment, we now  offer a free reminder service by mobile text message and/or e-mail.

E-mail reminders are sent out 10 days before your appointment and are then followed up by a mobile text message 5 days before .

To ensure that you are able to take advantage of this free service, please check with reception that we have an up-to-date and accurate  mobile phone number and/or e-mail address for you and your family.

Payment

We accept cash, cheques and all major debit and credit cards as payment for your dental treatment

A popular payment choice for many of our patients is Denplan which offers a cost-effective and simple means for you to spread your treatment costs by paying an agreed amount monthly. Denplan also offers other valuable benefits - click here for more details  

 

Complaints

Can I have dental treatment when I have a cold sore?

Due to the infectious nature of cold sores, Guiseley Dental Care has decided not to treat patients who have an active cold sore. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but feel this measure protects both our staff and patients alike. If you have or need a dental appointment and develop a cold sore please contact the practice and a member of our team can advise you how to proceed. Click for our information sheet
